Minimum matric qualification. Good computer proficiency at an intermediate level -Microsoft office suite, word, excel, powerpoint and outlook. Good verbal/ written communication - telephone and client care skills in English. Have strong organisational, planning and prioritising ability. Attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality. Ability to manage stress and solve problems. Ability to use initiative and work independently. Excellent interpersonal skills and be energetic and enthusiastic team player that is committed to providing support to her team.
